What a sham. You pay for the audiobook, but you don't even get all the leaps and chapters.
Shame that the publisher has chosen to distribute their work via a difficult to use shoddy pay wall app. I guess the returns are better than audiable for them. Unfortunately the user/customer suffers. Poor controls. Bluetooth volume crazy low. Buggy interface.
From week 8 the app keeps repeating itself. It jumps back approximately 10 seconds, says a sentence or two and jumps back 10seconds again. I haven't been able to continue listening. Incredibly annoying
Paid for this app originally on my iphone and it worked fine though now its not downloading the chapters on the iphone. so I paid AGAIN for it on my google pixel android and the chapters wont download!
this is an awful app. the individual chapters need to be downloaded before you can play them and if you close the app or change to another app the download stops and you have to force close the wonder weeks to get it to download again. week 5 for me stops playing halfway through. I'm having to uninstall the application in order to re-download week 5 and then listen to that chapter. very shawty programming I honestly think it's only worth one star. buy an audiobook on Amazon or Google instead
audio said downloading but never downloads. I payyed for this app and it didn't work.
Week 26 audio skips all over the place by itself during playback. Automatically resets the playback volume to 50 percent by itself inexplicably no matter how many times I turn it up. Stops audio when multitasking: only seems to play when app is in focus. Such a massive pain to use this. Filled with bugs.
It's great information, but pretty terrible delivery. I really dislike how pretentious the narrator is, and I thought perhaps speeding them up would help, but you can't adjust the speed of reading. For an audiobook-like app is a huge red flag, especially with how slow the delivery is.
